Chapter 12 of the 2000 IFC requires that an automatic fire sprinkler system be installed throughout dry cleaning plants containing type III-A dry cleaning systems. For this reason this tenant space is required to be fire sprinklered. To construct interior improvements for the first tenant to occupy an existing 1,136 square foot tenant space. This tenant space was created under the building shell permit. It will be used for Dry Cleaning. It is located within a 3,550 square foot building. Work is to include a 1-hr fire barrier wall (for incidental use area), equipment, and interior finishes all per approved drawings and plan review report on file. **CJW**
