This project is for the enclosure of an existing covered patio.of an existing 1979 980s.f. manufactured home. The work is to include a new framed deck and and infilled walls to create a new non conditioned enclosed front porch area. IECC not required as the space is unconditioned. The door from the existing mobil home to this area must remain. Exterior door from the porch must be a minimum of 3'-0"..6'-8" with code complying landing and rails. All framing per the approved plans as marked. Separate electrical permit is required. And batery powered smoke detectors are required in the bedrooms and hallwey leading to same. pep
