Total mezzanine area will be 1,632 sq. ft. Work to include demolition of noncompliant stairs, new exit stairway with handrails from mezzanine, modifications to existing structural framing of mezzanine including some new members and connectors, one-hour corridor ceiling repair near new stairway, some new interior walls, relocated interior door, interior finish, and some minor fire sprinkler work. Alternate approval by Building Director on file and attached to plans concerning floor load for mezzanine. Special Inspection required for epoxy/adhesive anchor installations.
