Work includes framing a new non-bearing wall, sheetrock cover & finish; removal of an existing access door and two 3'-0" portions through existing walls to connect three rooms; to modify electrical & install new outlets, cabinetry & work stations. All new electrical to comply with 2002 NEC & section 805, 2000 IECC for energy code requirements as applicable. This building is fully sprinklered for allowable area increase and separated from warehouse to south by existing two-hour area separation wall, not effected by this remodel, for building assesment as a stand alone structure for allowable area.
