To construct a 180 sq ft wood deck and add door to an existing single family dwelling. Deck to be constructed out of 2x8 pressure treated joists on 24 inch centers, corner posts to be 4x4 supported on concrete footings with post bases. A 5'0" x 6'8" door is replacing existing window.
