Ahavath Beth Israel - Relocate Synagogue - To construct a new 1500 sq. ft. basement/foundation , attach the existing historical building to the new foundation and remodel the existing historical structure per approved plans and attachments. The historical building is to be certified as a sound building by a structural engineer after the relocation has been completed. A moving permit is required to be obtained prior to relocating the historical building. Contact Bob Archibald in the inspection division. This structure will be fire sprinklered through out for area and number of stories. The basement has 1500 sq. ft. with the main level having 1500 sq. ft. and the mezzanine has 300 sq. ft. Other work inlcudes paving and landscaping. This building was reviewed under the 1994 UCBC as a historical building in accordance with Boise City Code. Cup02-00139
