To remodel the West half (13,994 square feet) of the 4th floor of MK Plaza II for a new office occupant. This permit is intended to establish a TEMPORARY Certificate of Occupancy valid for up to 90 days. The building official may grant extensions for demonstrated cause. The existing exiting system shall be maintained operational. All egress doors shall be openable from the egress side without the use of a key or any special knowledge or effort. Security for the tenants, if needed, will be provided by security guards. A future permit will modify the egress system to resolve security issues.
