Gold's Gym at Parkcenter Racquetball Courts Addition (Shell only) - To construct a 2,700 square foot, one story shell addition at the west side of the under construction 46,435 square foot, two story Gold's Gym main shell building. This addition is constructed of concrete tilt-up exterior walls with steel roof joist and metal roof deck. This building is fully fire sprinklered. The sprinklers are used for area increase. This is shell permit only and no occupancy is allowed under this permit. A separate tenant improvement permit is required to finish this building for occupancy.
