(DEMOLTION OF CINEMA CINEMA - BODO PARTNERS) To demolish the 8th Street Cinema, cinema lobby, drive-up, pump house, and ticket booth in preparation for a new structure. The 3 level structure, built on Broad Street, between the cinemas and the historic building on the South will also be demolished. The total floor area being demolished is about 24,000 square feet. A temporary wood ramp will be constructed to provide a route accessible to the disabled. The ramp will serve the historic building on the South which will remain and continue to be occupied. The fire sprinkler system shall be maintained operational. Wall infills will be constructed to maintain protection from the weather. The work shall comply with all codes and ordinances of Boise City.
