To remove existing trusses on existing detached garage and replace with new attic storage trusses per approved plans. Work to include demolishing existing roof structure, installing new attic storage trusses, new roof sheathing/felt, new asphalt shingle roofing, new siding at gable ends, and two new windows at gable ends. Uniformly distributed live load for attics with storage to be 20 psf minimum. Engineered truss specifications to be provided to building inspector at time of framing inspection.
