(BPD BIKE PATROL & SWAT STORAGE & ACCESSORY OFFICE'S) To provide code upgrades for improved accessibility per Chapter 34, 2000 IBC at main entry to bike patrol office area by installing complying landing and ramp to meet IBC; to add ramp & landing at existing raised restroom in south equipment & vehicle storage area to provide accessibility and install accessible shower unit therein; to remove wall infill and re-install large overhead door in center portion of south wall; to provide basic cleanup & painting; and to have field inspection performed of all work and for verification that no imminent hazards exist for purposes of obtaining a certificate of occupancy for the building & proposed use.
