(PETSMART - PET GROOMING AND VETERINARY AREA) This building is fire sprinklered for increased building area and for fire area. To expand and remodel the existing pet grooming and veterinary area within the existing 25,000 square foot "Petsmart" building. Most of the existing walls in the remodel area are being demolished. The new pet grooming and veterinary area will have a floor area of about 2,885 square feet and will include grooming, exam, treatment, surgery, bathing, and cage rooms. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, suspended ceilings, interior windows, interior doors, X-ray shielding, two new open web wood roof joists, millwork, and finishes all per the approved drawings and the plan review report on file. The location of fire sprinkler heads shall comply with NFPA 13-1999 as regulated by the Fire Department. **CJW**
