Alternate approval by Building Director is on file to allow no restrooms in this tenant space since it is for overflow storage with no on site employees. This alternate approval is not transferable to any other tenant without additional review and approval. No racking exceeding 8' in height allowed in the warehouse under this permit. This tenant space was created when the adjacent tenant did a remodel project under BLD03-01553. A Certificate of Occupancy is to be issued when completed and approved.
