This project is for the conversion of an existing 1688s.f. single family dwelling with a full basement. There is currently 844s.f. on each level. Approx. 624s..f of the basement is to be separated from the upper level and accessed from the rear of the dwelling with a shared rated stair/hallway. There is also to be new window wells installed in the new living area basements. The basement room created by previous construction is not to be used as a bedroom ( which is marked "not bedroom" on the floor plan. Smoke alsrms per R317.1 are required throughout. Furnace venting is to be blocked off in a manor to allow for proper 1-hour fire resistive construction per R321. (SEE MIS02-00312 ATTACHED) Separate electrical, plumbing, and mechanical and ESC permits are required. R-2 signoff by planning with 4-paved parking spaces off alley per ajb.
