Micron Building #3 - F1 Remodel For ASML 850 SCN 2G2 * (PCS #20035709) - To demo. clean room partitions and doors between Photo Bays #101D, #101E, #101F, Plenum #308 & Plenum #317. To saw cut an approximate 265 sq. ft. area of the existing concrete slab floor and excavate a 42 inch deep hole. To construct concrete retaining walls, new concrete slab and access floor system at that area. To add new clean room partitions and doors to reconfigure Plenum #308, shorten Plenum #317 and combine Photo Bay areas #101D, #101E & #101F. This work also include installing some additional clean room ceiling, installing new 2" industrial waste line and misc. exhaust, mechanical, process piping, electrical work, fire alarm and fire sprinkler work. This work is being done in an approximate 700 square foot area of the first floor of Building #3 between grid lines 6&8 and F&G. All construction per the approved plans and attached comment list.
