This space is located on the 3rd floor (14,600 square feet total) of an existing high rise building. The "core" has a floor area of 2,670 square feet. In addition to tenant improvement work, the two existing "core" restrooms will be upgraded to be accessible to the disabled and the elevator lobby remodeled under this permit.
