(Boise City Housing)(Replacement of stairs & windows) To remove an existing exterior stairway and add one new stairway and relocate the existing stairway to provide two means of egress off the second floor exterior exit balconies on both the north and south sides of the building. Work to include new covered roof over stairs and new landings at the top and bottom . Repair and replace balcony railings and guards as needed. Additional work is to replace existing windows with new vinyl windows. Note Smoke alarms are required to meet IBC Section 907.2.10.1.4. All construction per the approved plans, attached comment list and engineered structural calculations. MJP
