This project is for misc. interior modifications including a new door to separate toilet from lav area, floor covering, countertops, painting, misc. plumbing and the construction and installation of a new non complyins stairway to access a loft area previously accessed by a ladder. The non complying rise and run of the stairs are approved by Timothy Hogland by granting a request for modification per Section 104.10 of the 2000 International Residential Code (IRC). Smoke Alarms per R317.1.1 are required. All per the approved plans as marked and initialed by Tim Hogland, and will be recorded as non conforming. The Modification letter is attached to the documents of this permit and will be recorded on county records office upon permit issuance per Tim Hogland. pep
