New remodel work affects a 2,085 sq. ft. office area, 200 sq. ft. mail room, and a 190 sq. ft. coffee room. Work to include miscellaneous interior demolition work, new one-hour rated corridor wall infill in two former openings, relocating a 20 minute rated door in corridor wall, new interior walls, new interior doors, interior finish, suspended ceiling adjustments, new counters/sinks, fire alarm work, fire sprinkler work, mechanical work, plumbing work, and electrical work. Interior demolition of the space occured under BLD03-02351. This is a Scope of Work Permit. Letter of Completion to be issued when done.
