This project is for the remodel of an existing single family dwelling. Work to include replacing the supports for the front porch roof, and misc removal of selected walls on the main level, opening up the kitchen area and the dining/living room area. there will be a new complying stair built to access the basement and 2-new egress windows installed in this basement. on the 2nd level there will be walls removed to create a larger sitting area in the place of 1-bedroom and the extension of the bath area into the master closet area.
