To replace sheet rock, insulation and wiring due to fire damage. Areas involved will be the kitchen, dining room, living room, hall, three bedrooms and one wall in garage. Work to include rebuilding the 428 sq. ft. attached garage and adding 726 sq. ft. of habital space above garage and existing lower level. New addition will consist of two bedrooms, family room and stair system. Hard-wired smoke detectors shall be installed in all bedrooms, hallways approaching bedrooms and all levels of structure.
