(ADVENT AUTO SALES) To repair an existing one-hour rated occupancy separation wall (fire barrier) between the office/showroom and the detail shop and to do a fire/life safety inspection to establish and issue a Certificate of Occupancy for this 12,560 sq.ft. building per approved plans. This work is a result from inspections from the previous occupancy permit MIS02-00156 that was issued for this tenant and is attached for reference to approve occupancy per previous permits and codes. Work to include infill in voids and holes in existing CMU occupancy separation wall, a one-hour rated door/frame assembly with closer, a new one-hour rated framed ceiling in small room as part of occupancy separation, and a one-hour rated access panel with closer in occupancy separation wall.
