WELLS FARGO BANK - To remodel the interior of the first floor of an existing bank building. This work will include relocating and remodeling teller line with new millwork, rearranging the office layout, installing new finishes including, flooring, paint and light fixtures. This remodel also includes the construction of new interior partitions to enlarge the supply room and create a separete coupon booth area. This work will also require accessiblity upgrades. All construction per the approved plans and attached comment list. The first floor area being remodeled is approximately 4,750 square feet. #03-681/JCM
