This project is for the remodel of the front porch area of an existing single family dwelling. Work to include the removal of an existing porch/greenhouse and old retaining wall at the exterior basement stair access. All to be replaced / reconstructed per this permit. R-1C ok per pmc.separate ESC and electrical permits are required. All per the approved plans as marked and attached engineering and plan review notes. pep
