(VANILLA FINISH)(EMERALD SQUARE - STE. 280) Minor remodel to reduce an existing office space on the second floor from 4,962 sq. ft. to 1,186 sq. ft. for a future office tenant. The other 3,776 sq. ft. will be occupied by a tenant and that work is being done under a separate permit under BLD03-02646. Work to include extending a partial height wall full height to structure above and constructing a new interior wall to separate the separate tenant areas. No occupancy is allowed under this permit. A separate permit is required for a tenant to occupy this space. This is a Scope of Work Permit. A Letter of Completion is to be issued when done. NOTE: This building is NOT fire sprinklered.
