To construct a 3232 sq. ft. one story single family dwelling with a 941 sq. ft. attached three car garage, a 90 sq. ft. covered entry way and 385 sq. ft. of covered concrete patio at rear of dwelling per approved plans, all engineering/red-lining and attached requirement lists. Unless otherwise approved by Boise City Fire Department this structure shall be fitted with a modified 13D sprinkler system, including sprinkler barrier protection between garage and dwelling in accordance to their listing requirements.
