WELLS FARGO BANK SERVICE CENTER - To remove a portion of the masonry wall at the east wall of a stair enclosure for a new doorway and a portion of the south exterior masonry wall for a new exterior exit door. To construct a new 6' x 6' framed, one-hour fire-resistive exit passageway from the existing stair enclosure to the exterior of the building. This is a one-hour rated stair enclusre locatered on the southwest corner of the existing Wells FArgo Service Center building. This stair enclosure serves as a required exit from the basemtn and second floor levels. All construction per the approved plans and attached comment list.
