To remodel a 5,454 square foot office tenant space located on the 2nd floor of "Building 404" in the "8th Street Marketplace". Existing restrooms that are NOT accessible to the disabled are being demolished. An existing stairway that connects the 2nd floor with the 1st floor is being removed. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, 3-hr wall infills, a floor infill, a relocated security grill, a ramp accessible to the disabled, interior stairways, and finishes all per the approved drawings and the plan review report on file.
