This project is for an interior remodel of an existing single family dwelling. Work to consist of the removal of 2-interior walls in the kitchen dining area which may require roof ceiling framing modification and also a remodel of the bathroom area and a new deck in the rear of the dwelling. This ceiling may also be modified per the Engineering and engineers details attached. R-1B ok per pmc. Separate electrical, plumbing and mechanical permits may be required.
