To remodel an existing restaurant tenant space (7,478 square feet including the patio) located on the 3rd floor of a high-rise building. The new tenant will also be restaurant. Work is to include interior nonbearing full height walls, interior nonbearing partial height walls, a pair of new opposite swinging fire doors in an existing fire barrier wall, 2 new double acting doors, and barriers on the patio for egress reasons all per the approved drawings and the plan review report on file.
