This project is for th eenclosure of an existing 150s.f. loft area of the 2nd floor of an existing single family dwelling. Work to include the construction of a non bearing partition in the place of an existing guardrail and the addition of a new door to the area. Smoke Alarms per IRC 317.1.1 are required. R-1C ok per pmc. Separate electrical permit is required. All per the approved plans as marked and attached plan review notes.
