Work to include miscellaneous interior demolition work, new grilles/registers/diffusers, new thermostats, some new VAV boxes, new VFD and filters in mechanical room, new lighting/switching and exit signs in most of the building, and some electrical work. All circuits are connected to an existing standby generator. BUILDING #2 - Remodel to update mechanical system in existing 116,397 sq. ft., three story building. Work to include additional steel support for two new rooftop ventilator units, sprayed fire-resistant materials at new steel members and any repairs at penetrations of new rooftop units, three new relief louvers in exterior wall at existing mechanical rooms, rebalance entire mechanical system, new VFD and filters in mechanical rooms, and some electrical work. Special Inspection required for sprayed fire-resistant materials. This is a Scope of Work Permit. Letter of Completion to be issued when done. Plans reviewed for compliance with IBC, IECC and IFC only. NOTE: These buildings are fully fire sprinklered for area increase. (PC#0800-03) JCB
