(PERKINS COIE LLP)(ONE FRONT STREET-SUITE 400) To construct a 3,944 sq.ft. expansion to an existing office space located on the fourth floor per approved plans. Work to include, construction of interior partitions, installation of suspended ceiling, new lighting, new HVAC system, installation of counters and cabinets, new breakroom sink, miscelaneous related interior finishes. Restrooms and exit access rated corridor system are existing and were constructed under the core and shell permit, this building is fully fire sprinklered for one-hour fire resistive substitution, any alterations or modifications to the sprinkler system shall be per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department.
