(ST ALPHONSUS-ORTHOPAEDIC JOINT CAMP-3RD FLR) To remodel a 3,985 sq. ft. portion of 3rd floor east, north side of south tower hospital area labeled as Unit 312 on plans; to modify interior finishes and cabinetry; relocate equipment used for and relative to the Pediatric Nursing Unit to the second floor east, south side, being remodeled for new PNU under BLD04-00056 and to make this floor area into Orthopeadic Surgery Nursing Unit; replace ceiling tile over nurse station area; remove patient room tubs and install showers with one of the showers complying with accessibility; relocate existing lockers to Nurses Lounge 31217 and upgrade electrical and plumbing to meet tenant needs and comply with minimum adopted codes and ordinances relating to this project scope.
