This project in the R1CH zone ok per jan, is for the remodel of the existing kitchen; removal of a non bearing partition between kitchen and dining area; replacement of 1-kitchen window; removal of the sower in the upper level bathroom area and the relocation of the door to same. Smoke alarms per R317.1.1 are required. Insulation will be done using best method as areas are accessed. Ther will also be a new roof covering and chimney repair as needed. Separate electrical and plumbing permits will be required. All per the approved plans as marked and attached. pep
