To modify as needed to provide two fully accessible restrooms per 2000 IBC and remove two existing restrooms, converting one into storage area. To instal two sets of double acting doors, 3'-0" x 6'-8" minimum, between showroom and storage; install new 3'-0" accessible doors to all office areas and a new accessible work station / customer service countebetween showroom and office 109; install wall brace's. Modify electrical, plumbing & mechanical to meet tenant needs and comply with current adopted codes. All as noted on and attached plan reviews as part of the approved plans.
