This project is for the removal of a non bearing partition between two bedrooms in an existing single family dwelling. A partition is to be constructed in the new larger area in the conversion to a handicapped accessable bathroom with roll in type shower and accessable vanity. Smoke alarms per R317.1.1 are required.
