I stopped at the building and found that the thumbturn, located on one of the two exits, that had been disable at the previous inspection had been put back in service. I left a correction notice on the door requesting that the thumbturn be removed. I also left a correction notice on the tenant that this permit applies to stating that their temporary occpancy has expired and that all required inspections need to be called in. A temporary occupancy was given until the three point lock is installed on the main entry/exit. This is to replace the manual flush bolts.
