(FIRST NATIONAL PAWN)(PARTIAL BUILDING DEMO) To remove a 7,560 sq. ft. portion at the east end of an existing 15,960 sq. ft. commercial building per approved plans on file. Building area after demolition work will be 8,400 sq. ft. Work to also include a structural repair/upgrade providing a positive connection attaching the roof diaphragm to the existing CMU wall which will now be the new east exterior end wall per attached structural engineering, patch and repair the exterior block wall, and cap any sewer lines per approved plans and DRH03-00220. If the epoxy bolt option is utilized for the structural repair/upgrade, Special Inspection will be required for the epoxy/adhesive bolt installations. Prior to final of the permit, the tenant improvement permit for remodel and occupancy of the remaining 8,400 sq.ft. building requires a building permit or the new east wall must be painted to comply with design review requirements. A $20,000 bond is on file. Energy provisions have been deferred to tenant improvement permit. NO OCCUPANCY OF REMAINING STRUCTURE IS ALLOWED UNDER THIS PERMIT. This is a Scope of Work Permit.
