This permit is for a retaining wall constructed prior to approvals by public works department and planning and zoning approval per CVA03-00029. This structure has been fully engineered and construction has been verified by an Idaho licensed structural engineer who has verified placement of all reinforcing, concrete and drainage per the plans and specifications as designed by the engineer of record. A copy of the engineered documents have been submitted to this department and are scanned into the documents of this permit. Acceptance for to final this permit must be obtained from the PDS Dept.
