This project is for the removal of the roof structure on an existing 2823s.f. single family dwelling. Ther ewill be a new upper level addition of 2016s.f. by using attic type trusses and a 5'-0" knee wall that will extend over the existing 2016s.f. existing upper level and over the new 728s.f. 3-car garage. The new upper area will at this time be used only a non conditioned attic accessed by a new code complying stairway. Separate electrical, plumbing, mechanical and ESC permits are required. A building permit will be required to finishe the upper level at a later date. R-1A ok per akt.
