(DRESS BARN - FACADE REMODEL) This building is fire sprinklered for building area increase. To construct a new facade above the main entrance to a retail sales tenant space. The main vertical face of the facade will have an area of about 220 square feet and will support signage. The new facade will be constructed on top of and supported by the existing walkway canopy. The facade will consist of three vertical walls without a roof. Work is to include wood studs, EIFS, metal flashing, and steel braces all per the approved drawings, engineering, and plan review report on file. The building shell work for the "Dress Barn" was done under permit BLD04-00006. The interior nonstructural demolition was done under permit BLD04-00092.
