PESKY CENTER - LOGGER CREEK PLAZA-2ND FLR * To demo and reinstall some one-hour-rated corridor partitions, tunnel ceiling and 20 minute self-closing doors. This will add approximately 50 additional square feet to the east end of the existing common exit corridor. This area is being taken from Suite #200. This work will add a required exit access from Suite #220 (Pensky Center) into the rated corridor. This permit is also to establish a new certificate of occupancy for the Pensky Center. This tenant space was originally created as a 4760 square foot space under BLD98-02763. At some point it was expanded to the east an additional 1676 square feet creating a total tenant space area of 6436 square feet. All construction per the approved plans. This building is fully fire sprinklered. The sprinklers are used for one-hour substitution. JCM
