(DECK REFURBISHMENT WITH TEX DECK)(BOISE RACQUET & SWIM CLUB) To remove approximately 525 sq. ft. of existing wood decking from support structure at back of club house, repair any rotted structural materials with same size and type or bettwr and reinstall new decking using "5/4 Trex Wood- Polymer Composite Lumber " and replace existing railings with "Trex 2 x 2 Baluster & 4 x 4 Rail Post System", all per ER-5747 (copy attached) as indicated on elevations plan.
