To infill the existing opening between Rainbow Play Systems tenant space remodel, a 9,200 sq.ft. space for use as retail / display / storage, and a 4,700 sq. ft. storage (S1) occupancy reducing the tenant area presented under MIS04-00095 for temporary occupancy. The future developement of the storage space will require separate application and plan submittal for review and permitting before it can be occupied or used. The TCO was used to allow occupancy while architectural plans were prepared to show compliance with current codes. To construct two new accessible restrooms, a service sink and an accessible drinking fountain or water cooler. There is not other work declared within the Rainbow Play System Tenant space. It will be one large open space with two required exits. This permit also includes a new accessible entry door system for the new separate "S1" storage warehouse and landing with stairs that ties into landing of existing Silk Warehouse tenant space allowing common use of the accessible ramp for both spaces.
