Met with Bauer's at beginning of March. Construction billing information was submitted to the Department indicating that the project was commenced in September 2004, prior to the original October expiration date. Bauer's submitted a request dated March 17th, 2005 requesting a 180 day extension of the permit. With a one-time extension as permitted by Code, the new expiration date for this permit is September 13, 2005.
