Micron Building #24D - Buildout Clean/Nonclean Benches (PCS #24-20046392) - To construct approximately 48 lineal feet of new interior partitions and install two interior doors at the north end of Non-Clean Bench #161A to create a new 160 sq. ft. Blaster Room #161C and a 125 Sq. Ft. Office #161D. This work is located on the first floor of Building #24D between grid lines 27&28 and A.9&C.2. This work also includes the installation of a shower/eyewash at Clean Bench #161B. This permit also includes related plumbing and mechanical work at the sub fab and interstitial spaces.
