This project is for the remodel of an existing 2000s.f. 2-story single family dwelling. Work is to include firring of basement concrete walls; and new non bearing partitions to create a 3 separate rooms. There is a new egress window required in this pasement. There is to be repair to the basement stairs, remodel of the main level will be adding a 1/2/ bath, remodel of the master bath; select interior partition removal and erection. the stairs to the upper level will be re built.
