(SPORTS PUB & GRILL - POOL HALL EXPANSION - BOISE SPECTRUM - BLDG C) This building is fire sprinklered for building area increase and for fire area. To expand an existing 7,203 square foot restaurant/bar into an adjacent 1,944 square foot area. The expansion area will be used as a pool hall. After the expansion, this tenant space will have a floor area of 9,147 square feet. There is no new construction or finish work proposed in the existing restaurant/bar except at the new wall openings. Work is to include 3 new 4' x 7' glazed window openings, 1 new 3' x 7' door opening, and 1 new 8' x 10' door opening all in an existing interior nonbearing/nonshear wall and all in accordance with the approved drawings and the plan review report on file.
