(SEE'S CANDIES-TEMP STOREROOM)(BOISE TOWNE SQUARE-SPACES 2120/2121) To reconfigure two tenant spaces, one area will be for a TEMPORARY OCCUPANCY for SEE'S CANDIES and the other area 949 sq ft will be used for the Malls Service area, Work will include construction of a partition wall to separate the service area from SEE' CANDIES, and installation of a new one-hour fire rated door assembly through the CMU wall of an exit passage way per engineering. In the See's Candy retail area the only work is to install relocated display cases and counters, and relocation of suspended ceiling tiles and hvac registers as needed, THIS SPACE IS TO BE TEMPORARY WHILE OTHER TENANT SPACE IS BEING REMODELED.
